Keisha Taylor is a Patient Experience Manager with Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. In her prior roles, Keisha worked as a Hospital Administrator as well as an Advisor with Press Ganey Associates.

Keisha’s professional passion has always been the improvement of healthcare procedures with the ultimate goal of elevating the quality of care for all patients.

Keisha obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University, and she is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership.
